Project Amelia is designed to enhance the experience for Amazon's sellers by providing expert advice, answering complex business questions, and helping them navigate day-to-day operations.
At its core, Project Amelia is an AI-powered selling assistant available directly within Seller Central, Amazon’s merchant platform. Sellers can interact with Amelia by asking questions or seeking guidance on a range of topics—from optimizing product listings to managing inventory and sales forecasting.
Personalized Insights and Business Metrics
One of the standout features of Project Amelia is its ability to deliver personalized business insights. By analyzing a seller’s unique data, Amelia can provide tailored recommendations and real-time updates on key metrics, such as sales performance, customer traffic, and inventory levels. For example, a seller can ask Amelia, "How is my business performing this quarter?" and receive a detailed summary of sales, including comparisons to previous periods. Amelia can also drill down into specific products, offering performance insights and identifying potential growth areas.
Rolling Out Across the Globe
Currently in beta for a select group of U.S. sellers, Project Amelia will gradually be made available to all U.S. sellers within the coming months.
